In the state of Washington, individuals with disabilities receiving DSHS services through DDCS, when approved can be covered for any of our DSHS DDCS waiver funded programs.

Eligible DDCS waiver clients may participate in MOSA programs that are thoughtfully designed to support overall well-being, creative expression, and meaningful personal development. These programs provide structured yet flexible opportunities for individuals to explore art while strengthening independence, communication, emotional awareness, and social connection. Each experience is delivered in a supportive environment where participants are encouraged to grow at their own pace and feel valued as part of a creative community.

How DSHS Waiver -Covered Registration Works
DSHS DDCS waiver registration is simple and supported. Families submit a request online, receive a confirmation email, and complete required forms at their convenience. Our team then helps coordinate with DDCS to ensure services are approved and begin smoothly.

After registration, a confirmation email is sent to acknowledge the request.
Complete Forms at Your Convenience
Families receive a secure link to complete or upload required registration forms. Documents may be submitted immediately.
Program Assignment
Clients will be notified of DSHS waiver approval and session schedule.

Once approved, participants are placed into the LifeSkills program.

You’ll automatically get a confirmation letting you know your request was submitted.
Upload Required Documents
After registering, you can upload your artist bio and art samples right away or later via email.

Our team checks your paperwork and helps with anything that’s missing.
Coordination With DDCS
We work directly with DDCS to process approval and set up your services.
